Synthesis Productions is an independent screen and stage production company based in the United Kingdom. We are dedicated to collaborating with both new and established creatives to produce vibrant and dynamic material.

Founded in 2017 by Francessca Charlemagne, Synthesis Productions was originally Charlemagne Productions.  In 2020, Charlemagne Productions became Synthesis Productions when Lauren Leopard, Francessca's long-time collaborator, became a co-founder and brought an exciting new vision to the company.

Both Charlemagne and Leopard have been involved in the theatre and film industry across the UK. Charlemagne used to be a freelance theatre critic before writing, producing and directing her own fringe shows in London. Leopard has starred in various theatre productions, such as The Village at Theatre Royal Stratford East, as well as appearing in many independent films. Currently Leopard is studying Contemporary Performance (MA) at the Manchester School of Theatre.
